Why a second blog?

OK, in case you're wondering about the title of this post, it is a reference ot the fact that is one of two blogs that I write. The other blog, called Life Outside the Perimeter, is an occasional thing I write about travel. I've had it for nearly a year. However, I have little tolerance (calling it utter, and sheer contempt would not be too much of a stretch) for much of the junk that we call pop culture. To me it's just trash. Hence, "Pop 'n Trash" as the name of this blog, because it is my attempt to mock pop culture.
